There are many dimensions to every superstar.
With awe-inspiring dance moves, a resounding voice, and charming presence, 17-year-old CJ Holland adds another dimension to modern pop. In 2011, the Nashville singer became a viral phenomenon after uploading a video of his performance of Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson's classic, "The Girl is Mine" to YouTube.
After he posted the clip on Ellen DeGeneres' Facebook page, Ellen promptly booked CJ as a guest on her show. CJ played the cover, and immediately mesmerized America in the process. Lava Records signed the young talent, and he quickly hit the studio with powerhouse producers Claude Kelly [Katy Perry], Stargate [Ne-Yo, Beyonce], JR Rotem [Rihanna], and Rico Love [Beyonce] to work on what would become his major label debut. At the same time, his buzz caught A-listers like Britney Spears, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Chris Brown, and Quincy Jones.
"CJ Holland possesses that rare combination of raw talent, amazing stage presence, and real vocal prowess. He dances effortlessly, and sings so genuinely you can't help but stop and listen. I'm so excited for the world to meet the next big thing, Mr. CJ Holland".
